Project Architect

The ideal candidate would start immediately and have the following qualifications and experience. This position can be in studio or remote with occasional visits to the studio as needed.
Requirements
Accredited degree in architecture (registered architects are preferred) 5+ years of relevant professional experience
Proficient in design software, including Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite
Excellent oral, written, and graphic communication skills
Ability to work both self-directed and in interdisciplinary teams,
working openly with Senior Staff as well as serving as a resource to
junior staff.
Legally authorized to work long-term in the United States
Requisite Skills
Coordinate communications among the clients, client consultants, and internal team
Work directly with Principals to establish a project's budget, staffing, scheduling, financial management, and contractual requirements
Lead and coordinate effective 3D design and BIM modeling, and the graphic/digital production of presentations and record documents
Establish, promote, and enforce architectural standards, policies, and procedures while adhering to building and accessibility codes
Oversee a project from Conceptual Design to Document Production, Construction Administration and close out
