Studio Assistant

An opportunity to provide a range of skill sets in support of our team of seventeen architects and designers. This individual will need to be a welcoming face and champion of our core values and company culture. Assistance with business administration, including enthusiasm for organizing client services and day to day operations will be the primary responsibilities. 

Requirements

  • Primary people person: coordinating employee volunteer days, community outreach, company tours, and events

  • Concierge: answering phones, welcoming clients and collaborators, prepping for meetings, ordering meals, organizing studio calendar 

  • Architectural assistant: Completing administrative tasks in support of principal architects

  • Marketing: Website and image library updates, social media (Instagram) posts

  • Facilitation of office management: ordering supplies, running errands, keeping common areas clean and tidy, restocking

Requisite Skills

  • Excellent oral, and written communication skills

  • Highly motivated, detail orientated, and able to work self-directed

  • Organizational and scheduling skills 

  • Professional, but approachable attitude 

  • Experience in design (interior, graphic, marketing, construction) and social media knowledge a plus!

  • Interest in architecture and design
